Payment will be paid full upfront via Paypal before the artist starts working on the commission. Commission Price may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

There will be a 50% fee of the commission price for any additional character. Maximum of 2 characters for any given commission.

Any major revisions requested after the main sketch has been approved will be charged with a 25-50% revision fee. Price will vary depending on the complexity of revision.

Revisions that will stray away from the original agreed upon composition/sketch will be considered Major Revision.

The commission is non-refundable. You can only cancel your commission before payment.

This commission is for Personal Use only. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner/cover photo, or print it for yourself or as a gift.

Using this commission for Commercial purposes is prohibited. (ex. Selling merch of the artwork, business branding, or any use for profit.)

You may not use this commission for any NFT/Image Generation AI Projects.

I reserve the right to the final artwork. I can use the commission for my portfolio/promotional materials.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request if it is uncomfortable for me.

I will be able to draw most characters (OCs, Real People, and Existing Characters).

I will not draw NSFW, Excessive Gore, Mecha, or Offensive/Discriminatory Subjects.

The artwork will be Digital Only.

The artwork will be drawn in my style. Do not request me to imitate or draw in a different style. (Please see Samples for reference.)

Communication will be done via Email.

Expect the commissions to be finished within 2-3 months.

No rushing for these commissions.

For any unseen circumstances that may delay the commission, you will be informed via email along with the estimated time I will be able to continue and finish the artwork.

Updates will be done via email and trello.

For Trello, clients will be referred with their preferred name in the commission tracker.

If you haven’t been chosen for the current batch of commissions and you’ve opted in for wait lists in the order form, you will be notified via email that you’ve been placed in the wait list.

For the next batch of commissions, I will be going through the wait list and choosing the next clients. Please note that I won’t be able to cater to everyone who is on the wait list therefore if you weren’t chosen for the next batch you will still stay on the wait list until further notice.

Chosen wait listed clients will be notified early when I open the next batch of commissions. I will be checking if you are still interested in going through with your commission.

If there are any changes to my Terms and Conditions on my next commission batches, you will be informed via email.
